Shipping

Once your order has been boxed and ready for shipping, you will receive emailed confirmation with an estimated timescale for delivery. Typically for shipments to the UK and Europe we recommend you allow approximately 5-7 working days,For delivery outside Europe 10 to 14 working days. However we do endeavor to get your order to you as soon as possible and all orders are tracked.

The cost of the shipment will be included within your invoice and is determined by the size and weight of your order. Cardi-Italia will insure your shipment at no extra cost to yourself for safe delivery.

The following shipping costs are to the UK and Europe - The shipping per box goes on weight; Less than 15kg and would cost £45.00*. A box weighing 15-30kg would cost £60.00*. If you are outside of Europe please let us know your location for us to provide you with estimated shipping costs.

We will give you an exact shipment figure for each order along with your invoice in order for you to confirm the total cost of the order before any commitment is made. *Please note that due to being an international company these shipment figures may vary dependant on the current exchange rates

Returns Policy
Cardi Italia will offer you a full refund for unused items returned within 7 working days of delivery. We accept returns if they are unused, in a resalable condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging. Refunds will be made by the original payment method minus the costs of delivery. Goods are returned to Cardi Italia at your own expense. We recommend recorded post and retaining Proof of Postage as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Each individual purchase will be quality checked by Cardi Italia. In the unlikely event that the ordered item(s) is (are) faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will gladly arrange for the item(s) to be replaced

All items returned as faulty, damanged or incorrect will be inspected, and any items deemed to subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. Exchanges are possible if the item is available. Alternatively if a replacement is not available a credit note will be issued

If you wish to return any faulty product then please contact us first and return the items by an insured postal method within 7 days.

In the event of any damages or shortages please report this to Cardi Italia within 5 days of delivery. Please note that the risk in the goods passes from Cardi Italia to the customer upon delivery of the goods to the company.

Discounts and Offers

All offers are subject to change without notification and are subject to the above conditions. Half Price and Free shipping offers are subject to a minimum order as stated in the advert or a minumum purchase value. Offers only apply to the regions specified. Cardi has the right to change or remove any offers without notifcation at any time.

Back Orders
As our stock is continually changing your item may need to be ordered which will delay delivery by approximately 2 weeks. If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Import Taxes and charges
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the import regulations of the country the order is to be shipped are adhered to. The buyer is responsible for paying any charges and taxes due on the imported goods.
